J.S.Khehar, J. (Oral) :
Learned counsel for the parties have invited our attention to paragraph 2 of the affidavit dated August 03, 2005, filed by Shri A.S.Dogra, IFS, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests-cum-Chief Wildlife Warden, Punjab. Paragraph 2 is being extracted hereunder :- "That after thorough consideration of the facts given in this CWP and re-considering the facts given in the inquiry report, the case of the petitioner has been decided on the basis of the findings in the inquiry report.
The impugned order dated 09-08-2004 has, therefore, become redundant. Further vide this office order No.10 C.W.P.No.13837 of 2004 : 2 :
dated 02-06-2005, minor punishment of Censure has been awarded to the petitioner for committing negligence in the performance of his duty, copy of the same is annexed as annexure R-1 herewith and its true translation is R-1T. Therefore the impugned order dated 09-08-2004 has become redundant."
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
