It is an admitted position that the order dated 27.1.2003 passed in CWP No.12966 of 2002 has been stayed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court on 29.8.2003. Even proceedings in the instant contempt petition have been stayed.
In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Accordingly, rule is discharged. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, if such a necessity arises.
