DATE OF DECISION: 07.02.2006
Baljit Kaur ....Petitioner.
Union of India and others ...Respondents.
CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE J.S. KHEHAR
HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE S.N. AGGARWAL
PRESENT: Mr. Ravi Badyal, Advocate for the petitioner.
J.S. Khehar, J. (oral)
The solitary contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents are likely to terminate the service of the petitioner in the immediate future. It is with the aforesaid apprehension that the petitioner has approached this Court, so as to stall the action of the respondents.
In our view, the petitioner has approached this Court, prematurely without there being any adverse action taken against him. We are disinclined to interfere with the claim raised by the petitioner at this CWP NO. 1837 OF 2006 2
stage since the same is premature.
