The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing orders dated 25.10.2005 (Annexure P-1) and 18.11.2005 Annexure P-2) whereby he has been transferred from District Yamunanagar to District Kaithal and District Kaithal to District Kurukshetra, respectively, whereas he belongs to the district cadre of Yamunanagar. The matter is squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Vinod Kumari and others vs. The State of Haryana and others (CWP No. 66 of 2006 decided on 4.4.2006) CWP No. 5854of 2006 2
where, in such like cases, comprehensive directions have been issued.
In view of the above, we allow this writ petition in terms of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in Vinod Kumari and others (Supra).
