Date of Decision: 3.05.2006

CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH
Present: Shri Amit Jhanji, Advocate for the petitioners JUDGMENT
Vide award, Annexure P/1, petitioners were granted compensation of Rs.1,04,000/- on account of death of Madan Mohan Sood, predecessor in interest of the petitioners. In that award, responsibility of respondent Nos.1 to 3 was fixed jointly and severally, however, it was ordered that the insurance company's liability shall be limited only to Rs.50,000/-. No appeal was filed against the said award. Subsequent thereto, application was moved for review of the order, referred to above, which was dismissed on the ground that no case for review has been made out. This Court feels that the order passed is perfectly justified. Otherwise also, by now award might have been executed against respondent Nos.1 and 2 also. No case is made out for interference.
