Harbans Lal v. Nirmal Singh & Ors - CR-5893-2006 RD-P&H 2488 (21 April 2006)
Civil Revision No.5893 of 2001
Date of Decision: 24.04.2006
Nirmal Singh and others
CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH
Present: Shri Baldev Kapoor, Senior Advocate with Shri Rohit Kapoor, Advocate for the petitioner Shri N.S.Gill, Advocate for the respondents JUDGMENT
At the time of arguments, Shri Gill made a very fair statement that the respondents shall not claim any interest, only on the basis of money deposited by them in consequent to the order, under challenge, in this revision petition (order dated 22.9.2001). They shall establish their title, as observed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court, in order dated 9.11.2000 (passed in Civil Appeal Nos.6303-04 of 2000 titled as Gurdit Singh (Dead) through LRs. & ors. v. Nirmal Singh and anr.), in separate proceedings, as per law.
This statement satisfied Shri Kapoor, counsel for the petitioner. So far as determination of share of Gobind Mal is concerned, there is no dispute with regard to the same.
In view of facts mentioned above, this revision petition stands disposed of.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
