After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the Deputy Commissioner, Rewari for redressal of their grievance. If any such representation/application is filed by the petitioner before the Deputy Commissioner, Rewari within a period of two months from the day a certified copy of this ordered is received, then the Deputy Commissioner, Rewari shall look into the matter and take such appropriate action which may be required in accordance with law.
A copy of this order be given dasti on usual charges.
