On 26.11.1998, while hearing the main case at the motion stage, a Division Bench of this Court passed the following order :- "Additional affidavit of the petitioner has been filed. However, the complete information as asked for vide order dated September 8, 1998 has not been furnished in the affidavit. Let it be done now. Adjourned sine die. As and when the additional information is supplied, the case be put up for motion hearing." Since 26.11.1998, when the main case was adjourned sine die, C.W.P.No. 14293 of 1998 : 2 :
no efforts have been made, at the hands of the petitioner, to revive the main case, indicating that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue the instant writ petition.
In view of the above, the main case is dismissed for reasons of non-prosecution.
