Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal against the impugned order dated 8.11.2005, within two weeks from today.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection to the disposal of the instant writ petition in terms of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and in case such an appeal is preferred within two weeks from today, the same would be disposed of on merits.
C.W.P.No. 19621 of 2005 : 2 :
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order dated 8.11.2005 (Annexure P-10/T) within two weeks from today.
The respondents shall be bound by the statement made on their behalf by the learned counsel for the respondents.
