Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition on account of the fact that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has been convicted by a criminal court. She further states that liberty be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, if the appeal preferred by the petitioner, against his conviction, is accepted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
