On our asking, Mr. Ashok Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the main case can be taken up for final disposal today itself. In view of the above, the main case is taken up for final consideration.
Learned counsel for the respondents acknowledge that the factual and legal position decided by this Court in Mukhtiar Singh and others V. State of Punjab and others (CWP No.891 of 2003 decided on 20.1.2004) is the same, as the one arising in the instant case.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of the decision rendered by this Court in Mukhtiar Singh's case (supra).
