The petitioners are aggrieved by their transfer along with the posts and budget from YWS Circle, Rohtak to LWS Circle, Bhiwani. The transfers have been occasioned on account of surplusage at the YWS Circle, Rohtak and the petitioners have been transferred with posts and budget. Before approaching this Court, the petitioners have not made any representation to the authorities concerned by brining to their notice that such transfers could not be resorted to, by disclosing the grounds of grievance.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners shall file comprehensive representations ventilating their grievances within a period of two weeks from today. If any such representation is filed, the same shall be decided by respondent No. 2, who is the competent authority, expeditiously preferably within a period of one month thereafter. If any adverse order is passed against C.W.P. No. 6825 of 2006
the petitioners with regard to sustaining the impugned order dated 13.4.2006 (P-1) then a detailed reasoned order be passed by referring all the rules, regulations and instructions applicable to the service conditions of the petitioners.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
