CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. KUMAR
PRESENT: Mr. Munishwar Puri, Advocate,

This petition is directed against the order dated 7.3.1987, whereby an application for extension of time to the arbitrator to give an award has been allowed. The petition was admitted on 19.1.1988, without any interim directions. In other words, the proceedings before the arbitrator were not stayed. Despite various adjournments granted by this Court, learned counsel for the parties have not been able to seek instructions from their respective clients and have stated that none of them is responding to their queries.
In view of above, the revision petition is dismissed for want of instructions.
