J.S.KHEHAR, J. (Oral)
Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 31.10.2005 vide which he has been transferred from Vallah to Gehri Mandi. It is asserted by the petitioner that his transfer eminates from the recommendations made by the local M.L.A. Dr.Raj Kumar Verka (respondent No.4) so as to favour the persons of his choice. Despite the fact that the aforesaid assertion seems to be apparently correct, we find no justification in interfering in the impugned order of transfer, specially when we have been informed that distance between Vallah to Gehri Mandi is 15 Kms.
For the reasons recorded above, we find no merit in this petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
