State of Haryana and others
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. KUMAR.
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M.S. BEDI.
Present:- Mr. R.K.Gupta, Advocate
for the petitioner.
M.M. KUMAR, J. (ORAL)
A show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner on April 19, 2006 (P-11) and reply to the aforementioned show cause notice has been filed by the petitioner on May 5, 2006 (P-12), however, no final order has been passed.
Therefore, we find that the instant petition is wholly premature as it cannot be presumed, at this stage, that the respondent authorities are C.W.P. No. 7070 of 2006
likely to be passed an order necessarily against the petitioner. No direction would be warranted at this stage. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as premature.
