The statutory appeal of the petitioner against order dated September 20, 2005 (P-2) is pending consideration before the respondent authority. The only prayer made in the instant petition is for expeditious disposal of the appeal by the respondents.

Accordingly, we direct respondent No.1 to take a decision on the appeal filed by the petitioner by passing a speaking order expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date, a copy of this order is received by him.
The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
