In this writ petition, it is grievance of the petitioners that despite completing all formalities, the respondent has failed to sanction mutation of the property, in dispute, in their favour.

During arguments, it transpired that for the same relief, application of the petitioners (Annexure P/6) is pending before the respondent. This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to decide mutation case of the petitioners by passing a speaking order. Needful be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Order be passed after giving personal hearing to the petitioner.

Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
