The petitioners have approached this Court with a grievance that despite the award of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Gurdaspur dated 16.10.2001, they have neither been reinstated into the employment of the respondents nor paid their emoluments.
As against the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that all the petitioners have been reinstated into the employment and that the wages due to them in terms of the award of the Labour Court dated 16.10.2001 shall be paid to them, if not already paid, within one month from today.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the instant writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. In case, the calculations of the dues payable to the petitioners are not in consonance of the contemplation of the petitioners, it will be open to the CWP No.8930 of 2004 
petitioners to initiate proceedings under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
