In the written statement filed by respondent Nos. 4 to 8, in para No.16 thereof, it has been stated that only a survey of the road has been done and notices would be issued thereafter for widening the road as and when required.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petitio be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court yet again, if necessity so arises.
Disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
