v.

CORAM: Hon'ble.Mr.Justice Pritam Pal
Present: Mr.S.K.Mahajan, Advocate, for the petitioner
PRITAM PAL,(ORAL) J:
This is a Civil Revision filed by the landlord against the order dated April 01,2006,whereby exparte order dated March 12,2005, passed against the tenant, was set aside.
I have gone through the impugned order and find no illegality or any kind of impropriety in the same. However, the cost imposed by the learned Rent Controller, appears to be on lower side and as such, the same is enhanced from Rs. 1500/-to Rs. 3000/-,but for this modification only with regard to the quantum of costs imposed , this Civil Revision is dismissed. However. it is further directed that further proceedings in the case pending before the learned Rent Controller shall only proceed after the payment of costs of Rs. 3000/- imposed upon the J.D-tenant/respondent is paid to the decre holder-petitioner.

v.
National Insurance Company Ltd and others ...respondent.
CORAM: Hon'ble.Mr.Justice Pritam Pal
Present: Dr.Ajit Atri, Advocate, for the petitioners
PRITAM PAL,(ORAL) J:
Heard.
Since this matter pertains to the compensation awarded by the learned Tribunal to Raj Rani, widow of Harnek Singh and others , therefore, no notice is required to be issued to the respondents. Her total share comes to Rs. 2,20,000/- plus interest. Some of this amount has already been ordered to be paid in cash to the petitioner. Now she requires the whole remaining amount for the repair of her house and for the welfare of her minor children.
Thus, taking into account the aforesaid need of the petitioner, it is directed that the entire amount of the petitioner with interest be released to her after due identification.
This Civil Revision stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
