J.S.Khehar, J. (Oral) :
Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks to impugn the order dated 3.5.2006 (Annexure P-4), where by the order dated 7.4.2006, the petitioner was transferred from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Jaura Chhatran to Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Gurdaspur . In the pleadings of the instant writ petition, it is averred that the person sought to be accommodated i.e. respondent no.3 is the wife of a practising advocate at Gurdaspur who is handling litigation of C.W.P.No.7683 of 2006 2
a Minister impleaded in the instant writ petition, as respondent no.4. It is not possible for us to accept the far-fetched contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, even otherwise, we find no justification in interfering in the instant order of transfer whereby the petitioner has only been moved to a distance of approximately 25 kilometers from the place of her posting.
For the reasons recorded above, we find no merit in the instant writ petition and the same is , accordingly, dismissed.
