Vide order under challenge, application of the petitioner to recall order dated 8.8.2001 vide which suit was dismissed in default qua respondents No.2 to 6, was dismissed. It is apparent from the records that the order referred to above was passed in the presence of counsel for the parties. Thereafter, both the parties had completed their evidence. Matter remained pending for a period of more than 5 years. No attempt was made to get order dated 8.8.2001 recalled. Attitude of the petitioner was negligent, as such, he is not entitled to any relief from this Court.

No case is made out for interference. Dismissed.
