M.M. KUMAR. J. (ORAL)
On the last date of hearing, we have permitted the petitioner to place on record photocopy of the driving licence showing that it was renewed by the R.T.A./ Licencing Authority, Hissar, on August 5, 1998 upto August 4, 2001. The submission made by learned counsel that the licence thereafter was renewed from 2001 to 2003 and from 2003 to 2006 was also considered and one last opportunity was granted to place on record C.W.P. No. 5072 of 1998
the original documents to show that the licence had been renewed from 1998 till date. At the hearing today, neither the counsel is present nor any document has been placed on record in terms of the order dated May 8, 2006.
Accordingly, we find no merit in this petition as the necessary document in support of the claim made by the petitioner are not forthcoming.
