A perusal of paras 10, 11, 12 and 13 would show that the matter has attained finality upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Therefore, we do not find any right vested in the petitioner to pray for issuance of a direction to the respondents to decide his representation dated October 7, 2005 (P-1).
The petition is wholly without merit and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
