It is stated that the petitioner is attributed a Lalkara and he is in custody since 21.11.2005. It is further stated that the trial will take time; investigation is complete; the petitioner is not a previous convict; he is not likely to abscond or misuse the concession of bail and his indefinite custody as undertrial is not called for.
Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Sangrur.
Petition is disposed of.
