The petitioners have approached this court seeking directions against the State of Haryana and Haryana Urban Development Authority to denotify the land, measuring 402.75 acres and to disburse Rs.23,36 crore with penal interest to the plot holders. A further direction is sought to calculate the enhanced amount of compensation for the land measuring 739.15 acres which according to the petitioners was used for floating the sectors. The petitioners also claimed that the amount had been recovered from the petitioners without authority of the law.
From the perusal of the record, we find a legal notice dated September 7,2005 was served by a Citizen Committee through its President Shri Raj Singh Malik, None of the petitioners before this court are shown to be members of the aforesaid committee.
In this view of the matter, we dispose of the present petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file individual representations before the Competent Authority. In the aforesaid representation is filed, the petitioners Civil Writ Petition No.7891 of 2006 2
would be required to give all the detailed facts and annex relevant documents. On receipt of the aforesaid representations, the competent authority may take an appropriate decision therein,within a period of six months from the date of filing of the aforesaid representations.
A copy of the order be given dasti on usual charges.
