for the petitioners.
The petitioners assert that they are majors and as there is no legal impediment, they have got married. Their marriage is opposed by respondent No.4, who is the father of petitioner No.1. The petitioners apprehend danger to their life and liberty at the hands of respondent No.4.
Having regard to the Constitutional protection, available to the petitioners, under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to see that life and liberty of the petitioners is not breached at the hands of respondent No.4 and/or his associates.
