Pasho & another vs State of Punjab.

for the petitioners.
Counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners, who are ladies, are only attributed abuses. It is further contended that petitioner No.1 suffered injuries, with respect to which she made a statement before the police, pursuant whereto a cross case was registered against the complainant.

Meanwhile, in the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
i)that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
ii)that they shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
iii)that they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
