State of Punjab and others
CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINEY MITTAL
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S.BHALLA
PRESENT: Shri G.S.Bajwa, Advocate for the petitioner.
Shri S.S.Brar, Addl.A.G., Punjab.
Shri Akshay Bhan, Advocate for respondent No.6.
Shri S.K.Arora, Advocate for respondent No.7.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the pleas raised by the parties, we are satisfied that the petitioner raises disputed questions of fact, which cannot be determined by this Court, for want of evidence.
Consequently, we dispose of the present writ petition by relegating the petitioner to his remedies before the Civil Court, if so advised.
