Darshan Singh vs State of Punjab

Present : Mr.Sanjiv Gupta, Advocate,

for the petitioners.


After arguing the case for some time, counsel for the petitioners prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn. He further prays that the personal appearance of the petitioners, before the trial Court, be exempted.

Dismissed as withdrawn. After consideration on the question of charge, the petitioners would be at liberty to file an appropriate application, praying for exemption from their personal appearance, before the trial Court. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the trial Court, in accordance with law, within a fortnight of its filing.
