R.S.A. No. 1301 of 1984
Decided on 24.5.2006.
Gurmej Singh and another ... appellants
vs.
Gurdial Singh and others ....respondents.
Coram: Hon'ble Mr.Justice Pritam Pal
Present: None for the parties.
PRITAM PAL,J:(ORAL)
A perusal of the interim orders passed on various dates shows that none is appearing on behalf of the parties. As per report of the Registry, the respondents are not residing at their given addresses.
This case is shown at Serial No.362 in the cause list of regular cases of the day on the Board of this Court and has been taken up time and again. But none is appearing on behalf of the parties.
Faced with this situation, I find no option, but to dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution.
