Prayer in this petition is, for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3, to register an FIR against Mandeep Singh S/o Netar Singh, Netar Singh S/o Gurnam Singh, Jaswinder Kaur w/o Netar Singh and Bunty son of Netar Singh, under Sections 406,498-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Affidavit of Harjit Singh Brar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dakha, filed in Court today, is taken on record.

A perusal thereof, reveals that pursuant to fresh application and fresh evidence, FIR No.10 dated 23.1.2006 under Sections 498-A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered at Police Station Dehlon.

In view of the aforementioned averments, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
