The petitioner is aggrieved by the cancellation of her transfer after her initial transfer dated June 12, 2006 (P2). It is appropriate to mention that the petitioner was transferred on June 12, 2006 to Government Senior Secondary School, Niwaz Nagar (Mohindergarh). Later on, on June 26, 2006, she was transferred to Government Senior Secondary School, Bairawas (Mohindergarh). The distance between the two Schools is only 35 kms.

We find that the orders are purely administrative in nature. No allegations of malaifde have been substantiated.
