State of Haryana through PP Sirsa ......Respondent Present : Mr. Sandeep Punchhi,Advocate, for the petitioner.

Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.800 dated 6.12.2005, registered under Sections 420,467,468,471,120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Sirsa.

Counsel for the State of Haryana submits that a report under Section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C. has been filed in Court,therefore, the petitioner would now require to seek regular bail.

In view of the aforementioned fact, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. In case the petitioner files an application before the trial Court, praying for regular bail, the same shall be decided by the trial Court on the same day.
