Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to register an FIR against respondents No.5 to 7.

Counsel for respondents No.5 to 7 submits that FIR No.81 dated 5.4.2006 was registered under Sections 323, 354, 506 and 34 IPC along with Arms Act, against them. Upon investigation, the allegations levelled by the petitioner, were found to be false. As a result thereof, the police has filed a cancellation report which is pending consideration before the Illaqa Magistrate.

In view of the aforementioned statement, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
