Present: Mr. R.M. Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. J.S. Toor, Additional Advocate General, Haryana.

Mr. R.K. Hooda, Advocate for respondent No.2.

Reply filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 in court today, is taken on record.

Counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all pleas raised herein before the trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Allowed, as prayed for with the aforestated liberty.

It is further prayed that as the petitioner is a practising doctor, her personal appearance may kindly be exempted.

The personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court shall remain exempted subject to her filing an affidavit, undertaking to appear as and when so directed by the Court. Liberty is granted to appear through counsel.

It is made clear that in case the petitioner does not appear before the trial Court as and when so directed, the trial Court would be at liberty to cancel the petitioner's bail bonds, in accordance with law.
