Petitioner and respondent are present in Court. At the time of arguments, with the persuasion of counsel for the parties, a better sense has prevailed between the parties and it has been agreed that during pendency of the suit, respondent plaintiff shall remove the fibre glass sheets, which he has put over the disputed portion. The needful shall be done within fifteen days. In response to the offer made by the respondent, as referred to above, petitioner states that he shall put an iron net over the opening, which he has made in the disputed portion of the property, within fifteen days and shall not pass through the said opening during pendency of the said suit. The concessions, by both the parties, have been made subject to the ultimate outcome of the suit. Parties are directed to stick to the statements made by them before this Court. This revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
