JUDGMENT

It is case of the petitioner that his application dated 21.3.2006 (Annexure P/5) for grant of Contract Carriage Permit for Tempo operation (7 seaters) has not been decided till now. Petitioner has also sent a reminder (Annexure P/7) on 15.5.2006 to the concerned officer.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of this case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take note of and decide application of the petitioner, as per law. Needful be done within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
