Kailash Devi v. State of Haryana and Ors. - CWP-10451-2006 RD-P&H 3983 (11 July 2006)
C.W.P. No.10451 of 2006
DATE OF DECISION :14.7.2006.
State of Haryana & Ors.
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M.KUMAR
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M.S. BEDI
Present : Ms. Pooja Achint , Advocate
for the petitioner.
M.M.KUMAR, J.( ORAL )
The criteria of selection of Anganwari Worker has been upheld by this bench today in C.W.P. No. 10428 of 2006 Kanta Devi Vs. State of Haryana & Ors. No illegality in the selection process of Anganwari Worker has been pointed out nor any fault has been found with the persons selected.
The only argument raised is that the petitioner is more qualified than respondent no.4. As per academic record she has secured more mark in matriculation and also qualified with +2. However, nothing is shown to us to conclude that adequate marks are not allocated to the petitioner while following the criteria/ instruction dated 13.3.2006 (P-2). Such a selection can be challenged before this court if any statutory violation or arbitrariness is established. There is nothing on the record to that effect. There is no merit in the writ petition and the same is dismissed.
