Ram Das & another v. State of Punjab - CRM-41096-m-2006 [2006] RD-P&H 4002 (12 July 2006)
******
Ram Das & another vs State of Punjab
Present : Mr.V.K.Sandhir, Advocate,
for the petitioners.
*******
Counsel for the petitioners contends that a dispute with respect to the boundaries of plots has led to the lodging of this false FIR. The only allegation is that the petitioners stole 200 bricks. It is further contended that the petitioners' plea for anticipatory bail was rejected by the trial Court only on the ground that the bricks had not been recovered.
Notice of motion to A.G.Punjab for 14.9.2006.
Meanwhile, in the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
i)that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
ii)that they shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
iii)that they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
