Mahavir Singh v. Natha Singh & Ors - CRM-39744-M-2006 RD-P&H 4013 (12 July 2006)
Crl.Misc.No.39744-M o f 2006
Mahavir Singh .....Petitioner
Natha Singh and others ......Respondents Present : Mr. B.S. Wasu, Advocate, for the petitioners.
By way of this petition, filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner prays for quashing of impugned order dated 17.5.2006, passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nihal Singh Wala, Distt. Moga, whereby proceedings have been initiated under Sections 145 and 146 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
In my considered opinion, as primarily challenge is to the order, initiating proceedings under Sections 145 and 146 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner is relegated to his remedy of filing a revision, and/or such other remedy as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
The present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
