CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINEY MITTAL
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S.BHALLA
PRESENT: Ms.Sangeeta Dhanda, Advocate for the petitioner.
Notice of motion to the respondents No.1 to 3.
On the asking of Court, Shri Ashok Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
A primary grievance made by the petitioner is against the order (Annexure P.12) dated April 18,2006 whereby the claim of the petitioner Society for allotment of a plot under the religious/ institutional site scheme has been rejected. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner society has argued that although the claim of the petitioner society has been rejected by the Estate Officer, but no reason whatsoever has been given for rejection of the aforesaid claim.
After going through the order (Annexure P.12), we find that the grievance made by the petitioner society is justified.
Consequently, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Estate Officer, HUDA, Panchkula, respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for allotment of a plot, as claimed and pass a detailed and speaking order within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this copy is received.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
