After arguing the case for some time and on being pointed out that the dispute being raised by the petitioners in the present case is essentially a dispute between two factions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedies before the Civil Court, if so advised.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.
