On the asking of Court, Shri Ashok Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that although the work had been completed by the petitioner and some payment had been released by the respondents but the balance payment has not been still released.
From the perusal of the record, we find that the petitioner had served a legal notice (Annexure P.5) dated February 17, 2006, which still remains unresponded.
Consequently, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, respondent No.2 to take a final decision upon the legal notice (Annexure P.5) within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed speaking order.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
