C.O.C.P.No.760 of 2005
Date of Decision:-20.7.2006
Jai Pal Singh and ors. .....Petitioners
Krishan Kumar Khandelwal, IAS & anr. .....Respondents ***
CORAM:-HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE SURYA KANT
Present:- Mr.Karamvir S.Malik, Advocate for the petitioners.
Mr.R.D.Sharma, DAG, Haryana for the respondents.
It is not disputed by learned counsel for the parties that in compliance to the judgment dated January 14, 2005 passed by this Court in C.W.P.No.5082 of 1987, three cheques were offered by the respondents to the petitioners, who are the legal representatives of Late Hoshiar Singh Rao.
The petitioners, however, did not accept those cheques as details in relation to the calculation or arrears payable to their deceased father were not given by the respondents.
Learned State Counsel has no objection to the supply of those details.
In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that three separate cheques of equal amount may be sent to the petitioners in compliance with the order dated January 14, 2005 passed by this Court, referred to above along with a detailed statement of accounts.
The needful shall be done within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
In this view of the matter, no further action is required to be taken in these proceedings, which are accordingly dropped.
Petition disposed of.
