The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of cancellation of his transfer, dated 30.6.2006 (P-5) passed by the District Primary Education Officer. The petitioner was earlier transferred from Government Primary School, Panjuana, District Sirsa, to Government Primary School, Jhakholi, District Sonepat (P-3). On realising mistake that the petitioner was not working as JBT teacher and that, in fact, he was working as Head Teacher, his transfer order has been cancelled.
Having heard learned counsel, we are of the view that the order dated 30.6.2006 (P-5) has been challenged before this Court without making any representation to the respondents. The petitioner C.W.P. No. 10905 of 2006
shall file a representation to the respondents by taking all the grounds which have been urged in the instant petition. If such a representation is made within a period of two weeks then the same shall be decided within a further period of two weeks.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
