Learned counsel states that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to take a final decision on the show cause notice, dated 7.7.2006 (P-4). The petitioner is yet to respond to the above mentioned show cause notice.
She is granted liberty to file reply to the notice dated 7.7.2006 (P-4) within a period of two weeks from today under Registered A.D.
cover. If the reply is filed within the aforementioned period then respondent No. 2-Director General of Police, Haryana, shall take a decision on the aforementioned notice after taking into consideration the reply filed by the petitioner, within next four weeks. It shall be appreciated if a detailed speaking order is passed after granting C.W.P. No. 11192 of 2006
hearing to the petitioner. If the order passed by respondent No. 2- Director General of Police, Haryana, is adverse to the petitioner then the same shall not be given effect to for the next one week after it is communicated.
The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
