On our asking, Mr. Ashok Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2.
We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties are agreed, that the instant writ petition should be disposed of, at this stage, by requiring respondents No.1 and 2, to take a final decision on the basis of the letter dated 7.12.2005 (Annexure P-11).
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.1 and 2, to take a final decision on the basis of the communication dated 7.12.2005 (Annexure P-11) within three months from the date of receipt of a certfied copy of this order.
Disposed of accordingly.
Order dasti on payment of usual charges.
