Notice of motion. Shri P.S.Chhina, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has made many representations against respondent Nos.3 to 5 to the higher authorities but till now no action has been taken against them. By stating her grievance, the petitioner has also sent a legal notice (Annexure P/12) to the concerned authorities.
After hearing counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director Panchayats Punjab, to take note of legal notice of the petitioner and decide the same, as per law. Shri Chhina assures this Court that the needful shall be done within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
