The petitioner has approached this court so as to impugn the show cause notice dated 30.6.2006 (Annexure P2) without filing any reply thereto, despite the fact that one months' time was afforded to the petitioner to respond to the same.
During the course of hearing, we required the learned counsel for the petitioner to make up his mind whether he would require us to decide the controversy or the petitioner would like to submit to his employer and respond to the show cause notice dated 30.6.2006.
Learned counsel for the petitioner chose the latter course and undertook to file a reply to the show cause notice within the time stipulated therein. In case such a reply is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be taken into consideration and adjudicated upon by passing a well reasoned speaking order before the petitioner is relieved from his employment.
Disposed of accordingly.
Order dasti, on payment of usual charges.
27.7.2006. (Kiran Anand Lall)
